For those who want to get a taste of what it is like to be immersed in the wilderness. If you are not sure about being in the wilderness overnight, or if you are worried about the physical demands of a backpacking trip, this may the the experience for you. Typical trips include a shorter hike to the campsite (1-3 miles) and a day to explore and relax with some time for discernment.

Typical trips include a shorter hike to the campsite (1-3 miles) and a day to explore and relax with some time for discernment.

We will be in the beautiful Adirondack Park, in the Pharaoh Lake Wilderness area enjoy time by ponds, lakes and streams for this 3-day, 2-night trip. On our full day we will go for a moderate day-hike and have time for reflection, and being still in the wilderness.

All trips include one individual Spiritual Discernment session before the trip. In addition, one group planning session before the trip
